Presenter: Phil Schwolert is the Business Development Director for Novo Energy LLC, a Colorado-based renewable energy company that provides state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and project support services for the U.S. and European renewable energy and solid waste disposal industries. He has served public agencies, non-profits, and small businesses, and has succeeded in positions ranging from field project manager to agency financial administration. He has lead technical, clerical and professional staff, firefighter teams, search and rescue teams, local, regional and national committees, and trade organizations. He has served on non-profit boards of directors, provided training to industry leaders, presented to regional and national audiences, and is a member of several chambers of commerce.
